Returns, Exchange & Warranty

For All returnable Products, the condition shall be IF Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags. For marketplace items, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed. You have received a wrong product; You have received a product that is not as described on the Site; or You have received a damaged product. Non-returnable Products. You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of: products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them. Any consumable product which has been used or installed; 3. products with tampered or missing serial numbers. Contacting Us (arrange a Return, Replacement or Exchange). You may contact us through email, or by calling our call center. Your Refund: For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount (for more information contact our customer service or visit our site to know about return policy. i. if the products are faulty or not as described on our Site ii. if you reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery etc. In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and you may pay the costs of return shipping. For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Timescale. Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfillment center and inspected by our team. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within 3 days for either exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions. Any product purchased within 3 days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel as applicable. All Products must be returned with their original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Freebies, Bundled items and Promotional Vouchers. Products that are damaged, scratched, package is tampered, or the packaging material is not available then the exchange or refund will not be applicable.

For products beyond 3 days, there will not be any warranty applies.


When the product is not purchased from 10d.om.

While preparing for a return, product must be in its original packing with full set of accessories and manuals included. We do not accept return of products which have scratches, are damaged as a result of misuse, or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection. At our sole discretion, we may consider returns that do not satisfy the above criteria. As mentioned above, it should be communicated to the 10d.om customer service team within 3 days once you receive the item. Refunds will be done smoothly to your 10d.om account.

Finally and to give you the ultimate Peace of Mind, should you still be unsatisfied with a purchase after the conditional time-frames for Returns has elapsed, you could still contact us to discuss your concerns and we will attempt to help out in every way we can. Any returns beyond the timeframes of our No-Questions-Asked policy mentioned above might be subject to a 30% deduction from the total price of purchase and 10d.om reserves the right to only refund 70% of the amount.
